Sushi Soul is a new culinary concept created by Chef Mariusz Melcer, who has been associated with Sakana restaurants for many years. In 2022, his dreams, creativity, and hard work materialized into Sushi Soul – his long-awaited restaurant. The place is a reflection of what resonates with the owners both in terms of culinary and aesthetic aspects. Therefore, the restaurant boasts a unique interior with elements of art deco style, numerous rounded shapes, comfortable sofas and chairs, pleasant natural wood, and warm, atmospheric lighting. All of this is incorporated into an interesting architecture and unconventional vault shapes.

Sushi Soul intentionally deviates in style from the often-used motifs in Japanese sushi restaurants. The charm is enhanced by its unique location in the beautiful, tranquil surroundings of the revitalized Fort Marszałka Piłsudskiego in Warsaw's Mokotów district. A characteristic feature of the restaurant is the wonderful flavor compositions inspired by Japanese cuisine but with a creative twist.

Sushi Soul is an ideal place for a family or friendly lunch or dinner, business meetings and lunches, or small parties. The restaurateurs have also prepared a children's menu as well as facilities and attractions for the youngest (changing table, highchairs, toys, coloring books), there is also a playground next to the restaurant. The restaurant has a large, free car park for guests.

The shape of the restaurant's menu is the responsibility of Chef Mariusz Melcer, a prominent figure in the Warsaw sushi scene, often referred to as 'Mr. Sosiki' by his loyal fans due to his creative approach to Japanese cuisine. Mariusz has been exploring the most interesting flavor and texture combinations for years. He creates his own compositions and sauces and adapts those from Asian cuisine, elevating the dishes to a higher level.

In the Sushi Soul menu, alongside classic sushi, Chef Mariusz has included many signature compositions. Among the bestsellers are the rich 'Soul rolls' with interesting additions such as fresh truffle, kizami wasabi, parsley chips, and aromatic sauces. Equally popular are the 'Crispy Rice,' delicate rice discs in crispy panko with tartares or salads on top, sprinkled with various toppings and drizzled with intriguing sauces. The most frequently ordered and beloved by connoisseurs is the Crispy Rice with a selection of tartares featuring avocado, salmon, tuna, and beef tataki. The restaurant is also known for its tartares and Soul-style sashimi. Beautifully presented, they delight the eye, while their taste satisfies even the most discerning palates.

Vegan options have won the hearts of guests, including Crispy Rice with creamy hass avocado tartare, Soul roll with fried tofu and avocado tartare, futomaki with garlic-sautéed pok choy or panko-breaded shiitake, and a salad with fried tofu, edamame, avocado, and vegetables with a slightly spicy jalapeno sauce.

Seafood, fish, and beef are also served as main dishes from the grill or oven. Experience the deliciously prepared octopus tentacle, a fillet of beef tenderloin steak, and juicy fish, the best one can find in this geographical latitude.

The menu also features interesting appetizers, aromatic soups, and delightful desserts. The products that reach the guests' plates are carefully selected, including high-quality 100% Japonica seimai rice, artisanal Shibanuma soy sauces, fresh wasabi root, large specimens of marine fish with wonderful meat, seafood, beef, as well as rarities such as truffles, foie gras, or sturgeon caviar.

The restaurant can boast an interesting selection of Japanese beverages – sake, gin, whiskey, vodka, and beer, as well as a choice of wines and alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. The restaurant owners are fans of good coffee, so Sushi Soul couldn't do without an Italian espresso machine and high-quality beans, freshly roasted in one of Warsaw's roasteries.
